If you feel like your days are just passing by and you have no idea what’s going on, having a routine will literally save your life. We’re all humans. And we all crave some sort of structure.

2. Replace morning coffee with tea

This is a very subtle substitute, but if you’re a coffee enthusiast, it might not be your favorite. But once you start drinking tea in the morning, I swear you would never want to go back!

You can begin replacing it with this Lipton decaf tea. It’s not expensive and tastes best when brewed cold. Also, don’t forget to drink water as soon as you wake up.

3. Get An Actual Alarm Clock (Yeah!)

Stop using your phones as alarms to wake up in the morning. Get an actual alarm clock instead, to avoid scrolling through your phone first thing in the morning.

You family and friends want to be their for you, so if you’re having a bad day, just give them a call. Nothing a good girlfriend therapy sessions can’t fix.

7. Good sleep

I recently listened to a podcast episode in which they stated that getting a good 8-hour sleep will improve your mental health by 70%.
