But also, remember that you don’t have to start all of them at once. That’ll do you more harm than good. Don’t start with more than 3 goals at a time.

1. Make Bed
It’s the best way to start your mornings. A quick win that sets the tone for the day. You get up and before you even know it, you’ve finished the first task on your list.
And it’s always nice to return home to a clean bed after a long day!

It’s the simplest way to keep your space organized. Ik, you don’t have time to do a deep clean everyday.
That’s why having a quick 10 minute cleaning routine where you focus on deep cleaning only one part of your house every day is a better daily goals for success.
3. Do a brain dump
To maximize your productivity it’s important to start your day with a clear mind. The simplest way to accomplish this is to brain dump everything that’s on your mind.
It will help you feel lighter and more clear about what is bothering you and what needs to be done.

I like to write my top 3 tasks on a notepad and place it on my desk so that I have my priorities in front of me.
